We often see many people get confused between independent living and assisted living, which is understandable given the similarities they share. The main thing to consider, when choosing between independent living and assisted living, is your overall health both physically and mentally. We always try to take the time to discuss with our residents their options and needs and recommend independent living to those that can still manage their day-to-day activities independently. However, if you feel that you can live more comfortably and have more peace of mind by having more care and assistance then assisted living might be the option for you. Either way, we are here to walk you through this important process and transition in your life and will make sure you have all the right tools to make the best decision for yourself.

Now to the question that is on your mind, all these services and amenities must be expensive and pricey. One thing we can tell you is that pricey doesn't mean nice or fun. Our independent living communities can be very affordable and we are here to help you walk through all the choices and options that will fit your budget and more importantly your needs.
We offer independent living assistance to you at a price that you can afford. Typically, you will see independent living communities cost around $2,000 to upwards of $7,000 each month depending on which community you are looking at, whether it is in a continuing care community or standalone community, or whether the community is located in a major metropolitan area or not.
